- Product: InProQu
- Effective date: 15 October 2026
- Operator: InProQu · Billing support: [email protected]
This policy supplements the Terms of Service. Self-serve checkout for InProQu SaaS plans is processed by Polar as Merchant of Record (or another partner listed in Subprocessors if configured). Their buyer terms and tax handling also apply at purchase time.
1. Trials
- New workspaces typically receive a time-limited trial (default 14 days unless stated otherwise at signup or in the plan catalog).
- No permanent free plan is promised.
- During/after trial, features such as public sharing may be limited after any published grace period.
- Trial limits (users, company profiles, shared documents) are as shown in-product / pricing at the time of trial.
2. Paid plans
- Pro and Team are generally self-serve subscriptions.
- Business (Enterprise catalog) may be sales-assisted / custom.
- Entitlements (workspaces, users, company profiles, feature flags) are as shown in the plan catalog at purchase and may be updated prospectively.
- Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated; taxes/VAT may be added by the checkout provider.
3. Renewal and cancellation
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through the in-app Manage billing portal (Polar customer portal), or by contacting [email protected] in time before renewal.
- Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not usually refund the current paid period unless required by law or stated below.
- On-prem / custom contracts follow their order form.
4. Refunds
Default:
- Fees are generally non-refundable once a paid period begins, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
- Duplicate charges or clear billing errors: contact [email protected] promptly; we will work with the payment partner to correct.
- Chargebacks: we may suspend the account pending resolution.
Unless this policy and checkout settings explicitly provide otherwise, InProQu does not offer a general money-back guarantee.
5. Failed payments
If renewal payment fails, we may retry, notify you, and suspend or downgrade access until resolved.
6. Client payments on proposals (not InProQu billing)
Payments your clients make on shared proposals via Stripe, PayPal, PayMongo, Maya, etc. use your merchant accounts. Refunds, chargebacks, and tax invoices for those payments are your responsibility under those processors’ terms. InProQu does not hold those funds and is not the merchant of record.
7. Plan changes
Upgrades and downgrades between self-serve Pro and Team are handled on your existing Polar subscription (typically with proration per Polar / organization settings). Feature access updates when the new plan is active. Business / custom plans follow the order form or sales agreement.
